ulti99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual banks or e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposits originating from accounts not in your name will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Once a deposit is successfully credited to your Account, it cannot be reversed unless required by law or if a technical error occurred. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without valid cause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and potential legal action to recover funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for verified Accounts. VIP tier members (Gold and above) receive express processing in under 3 minutes. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Standard Accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000, weekly limit of Rp 200,000,000, and monthly limit of Rp 500,000,000. VIP tier members enjoy higher limits based on their tier level. Contact customer support to request limit increases.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name. We reserve the right to verify the source of funds and request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals. You cannot withdraw funds until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
To prevent money laundering, you must wager your deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the associated wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. While clearing bonus wagering requirements, the maximum bet per spin or hand is Rp 50,000. Exceeding this limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
ulti99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other players, or any other activity deemed to undermine the integrity of promotional offers.
All bonuses have an expiration period, typically 7-30 days from activation. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration if wagering requirements have not been met.
All games offered on ulti99 are provided by licensed and certified third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment operated by trained dealers.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. We will refund the stake amount to affected players. We are not liable for any losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the original stake.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ulti99, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ulti99 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by ulti99.
You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ulti99.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ulti99 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
